Sara and Adrian tied the knot on September 19. It was a wonderful warm autumn day and their chosen fall colour scheme was gorgeous, and such a joy to work with. Here's wishing them a wonderful and happy life together!

10 Years

I have known Paul and Tanya for a couple of years (he's my sister-in-law Sarah's brother), so when we were asked to shoot their 10th Anniversary Celebration, I jumped at the chance. I knew from Sarah's wedding, that this family was easy to work with, and really knew how to have a good time. I knew it was going to be fun and easy...and they did not let us down.

Wedding Packages

Silver - $950.00
1 photographer with assistant will capture Ceremony and into Reception, maximum of 4 hours total:
• 150-200 high resolution photos on DVD
• Custom slideshow of still images set to music (included on DVD)

Gold - $1600.00
2 photographers will capture Ceremony, Formals, and into Reception, maximum of 5 hours total:
• 200-300 high resolution photos on DVD
• Custom slideshow of still images set to music (included on DVD)
• Online “Brag Gallery” with password available on photographers website for 1 month to share with friends and family
• Custom Thank-You card images

Platinum - $2500.00
2 photographers will capture, Formals, and into Reception, maximum of 8 hours total:
• 300-400 high resolution photos on DVD
• Custom slideshow of still images set to music (included on DVD as well as available online for sharing with friends and family) 
• Online “Brag Gallery” with password available on photographers website for 1 month to share with friends and family
• Custom Thank-You card images
• Custom wedding album (bound hard cover book)



• Each addition hour of photographic coverage: $200.00
• Travel outside of city limits will be subject to $0.75/km first 250km, $0.50.km thereafter (or airfare)
• Hotel accommodations for locations outside of Medicine Hat or Calgary.
• Meals are to be provided for photographers at the reception. A boxed lunch is sufficient when guests served platted meals (often available from the caterer).
• 90 MINUTE WINDOW: Visual Spirit Photography request that you set aside at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the wedding ceremony and a 60 minute time frame afterward for photographs that cannot be obtained during the ceremony or reception. The 60 minutes following the ceremony includes group photographs. If either the bride’s or groom’s late arrival (or any other reason outside of the photographer’s control) prevents this 90 minute window from occurring, VSP shall not be held liable for failure to take desired photographs.



Extras

Rehearsal - $200
One photographer will capture rehearsal and rehearsal dinner / party, up to 3 hours.
• Up to 100 high resolution images will be included on DVD (colour correction only).

Home Preparation - $150 for one / $250 for both
One photographer will capture the Bride / Groom getting ready at their home prior to the ceremony, up to 2 hours.
• Up to 50 (each) high resolution images will be included on DVD.

Engagement Session - $200
One photographer.
• On location or studio setting engagement portraits
• maximum 2 hours
• 10 high resolution images on CD (basic colour correction and cropping only)

Custom Photoshop – priced on work involved (minimum $25 for 1 hour)
Announcements, ‘Save the Date’ cards, Invitations, Thank-You cards etc.

• All finished images on DVD / CD will receive individual colour correction, cropping (to 4x6 ratio) and may have additional corrective re-touching.
• Music selection to be provided by client to Visual Spirit Photo (VSP), or VSP will make selection to suit.
